Everyone has questions and concerns when they hand over a computer or network for service.  Below are the most common questions we get.  If you have further questions, please contact our store.

Q: What are your store hours?
A: Monday - Friay : 9:00AM - 7:00PM
Saturday : 9:00AM - 5:00PM


Q: If I bring my computer in for service will you keep it for a long period of time?
A: No! We promise your pc will be back on your desk within five business days (unless a special part order is required).  Everything we do is done right.  We take our time to make sure everything is correct, but that still means your computer is back on your desk (or lap) in five business days.  Unless parts need order, there should be no reason it should take longer.  Guaranteed!


Q: Is the information on my computer safe with Ohio PC Solutions?
A: Yes!  At Ohio PC Solutions, we backup all data before doing anything.  This means your data is safe, secure, and private!


Q: Can I trust Ohio PC Solutions?
A: Again, yes!  All information is kept safe, secure, and confidential.  We have the latest technology to fix every problem.  Satisfaction Guaranteed!  If we cannot fix your computer for any reason, we'll give you all available options from the least expensive to the best (if it isn't the same).  We know trust is important, so we are always honest and courteous.


Q: My PC is performing slowly and many pop up windows are showing up. What is wrong and how will you fix it?
A: The slowness can be caused be several things.  More RAM (memory) can help, but if your computer use to be fast, it is probably not the solution.  If multiple pop up windows appear often, it is most likely a virus.  Make sure your virus definitions are up to date and run a scan.  If that does not take care of the problem, other malware and spyware is installed and needs removed.
